2017 - The founders found each other

Tobias knew that his strengths were in programming, not selling, and he also needed a strong sales to build a B2B software company. So he needed someone with experience in this field, so despite his first failure, he decided to look for a business partner. He had learned from his mistakes: it was just as important for him as his strength in sales that they fit together. Tobias got to know Malte through three corners. During his studies as an industrial engineer, Malte founded a fashion label, sold software to Fortune 500 companies in an IT start-up and worked as a project manager in the student management consultancy "Hanseatic Consulting". Tobias and Malte were on the same wavelength right from the start and their first Skype conversation went deep into the night. The following weekend Tobias went from Münster to Malte to Hamburg. There they discussed the Webbee business idea and the plan in detail and got to know each other better. Here, too, they were on the same wavelength and just a week later, the two started to implement the business idea. In the years that followed, Malte and Tobias not only became business partners, but also good friends.
