2019 - 10 Customers

2019: 10 Customers

After the first customer, sailing school Overschmidt, had been migrated to Websail, the next 10 boat schools were already waiting for the migration. Getting so many customers up and running in a short period of time was a big task, because the migration processes weren't yet fully established and each customer meant a lot of effort. The team in Minsk had meanwhile grown to 4 persons and so this task could also be mastered in close cooperation. Admittedly, however, it was a very rocky road that regularly strained the nerves of the team. The customers had their different but justified requirements and the software had to be changed, sometimes during operation, which led to errors. During this time, it became particularly clear that Websail still needed a lot of explanation, which made the changeover process exhausting for everyone involved and slowed it down considerably. Consequently, it was decided to make a stop and not switch any more customers to Websail for the time being.
